At Creative we are always trying to improve every aspect of our company. From service to products, and from products to customer care, we are always Raising The Standards! That’s what makes us creative!

We use ALL Natural Products, unless deep cleaning is needed.

Our fully trained staff is here to guarantee your satisfaction, if at any time you feel unhappy about anything at all, we ask you let us know right away! We don’t know if you are not satisfied, if you don’t tell us.

For residential clients that are on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, you will receive a “review sheet”. Commercial clients that are cleaned daily, 2 & 3 times will get this review sheet once per week, at the end of the work week. This “review sheet” will state what day we were there, when your next visit will be, what we did while we were there, any concerns we may have, and specials notes about things we did that is not in a routine cleaning.

Routine cleanings are based on what you nee done at your estimate. It is not possible to tell you what it is that has to be done until we have actually done the job once or twice.
